Game Date Set for 2008 Poinsettia Bowl

Poinsettia BowlThe game date for the San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl was announced today.

The 4th annual San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl kicks off at 5 p.m. PST on Tuesday, December 23rd, also at Qualcomm Stadium.  The Poinsettia Bowl will air on ESPN and pits the 2nd selection from the Mountain West Conference against a team from the Pacific-10 Conference.  Last year’s game saw the Utah Utes defeat the Navy Midshipmen 35-32 before a bowl record 39,129 fans.
